No. All songs/music/lyrics/poems/artwork must be of your own, and/or licensed to you. “Traditional songs” which do not require copyright licensing may be permitted, however, at the discretion of the Producer of Dhaka Sessions.

1. An artist (writer, musician, actor, director, dancer, painter, creator of other art forms, or promoter of the arts) who is of Bangladesh origin;
2. An artist who fits the definition by DS as someone who either takes his/her art as a career or profession, and/or aspires to;
3. Someone who contributes to the art and culture of Bangladesh by contributing, or by promoting it to the world through their own individual endeavours.
4. Is somewhat unique within the talent pool;
5. Represents diversity within the talent pool;
6. Must have artwork and performances available for review by the judges panel;
7. All works presented to DS must of original compositions by the artists, and there should be enough original material available to the artist;
8. DS is a visual platform. An artist, where applicable, must be able to comfortably perform and present their art at the DS recording session.
